Terms & Conditions
– Booking & Payment
- All booking must be confirmed in an email or text.
- 30% deposit for all services due at time of confirmed booking.
- Remaining balance due in full 7 days prior to first date of service(s)
- Cancellation fees may apply.
– Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations for overnight stays must be made 7 days prior to the first visit for a full refund.
- Cancellations for drop in visits and walks must be made 24 hours prior to the visit for a full refund.
- Deposit will be forfeited for any Overnight visits if cancellation made less than 7 days prior to first visit.
- Deposit will be forfeited for any drop-in costs and walks if cancellation made less than 24 hours prior to visit.
– Access to home
- Clients must provide a working key or code before services begin.
- Keys can be returned after the service or securely kept on file with permission.
– Pet Health & Behavior
- All pets must be up to date on vaccinations, flea/tick prevention, and in good health.
- Any history of aggression, anxiety, or special care needs must be disclosed during the meet and greet.
- I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if a pet poses a risk to safety.
– Emergencies & Vet Care
- In case of illness or emergency, I will attempt to contact you immediately.
- If you’re unavailable, I may take your pet to your listed veterinarian or the nearest emergency vet.
- All veterinary costs will be the owner’s responsibility.
– Photo & Social Media
- With your permission, I may share photos of your pet on social media or for marketing.
- No identifying information (like address or last names) will be shared.
– Liability
- I will take every reasonable precaution to care for your pet and home.
- However, I am not liable for damage, injury, or illness caused by uncontrollable factors (pet’s behavior, pre-existing health conditions)
